Las Terrazas enclave consists of 77 lots roughly a third of an acre in size and has more of a village feel with closer neighbors. Located just north of the Club at Las Campanas, these homes can offer views of the Sunrise Golf Course and mountain views. Floorplans must have a minimum of 2,300 square feet and guest houses are allowed.
