Estates V

Estates V has been developed as 4 units over time. Club Estates contains 2 of those units (see below). With a variety of lot sizes and architecture, Units 2 and 3 can accommodate most needs and wants. Minimum requirements for square footage in Units 2 and 3 is 2,500 square feet. Guest houses are allowed in all 4 units of Estates V.
