Las Campanas Neighborhoods

Tucked into the rolling hills nearby, Las Campanas’ residents enjoy the perks of residing in a gated golf community: world-class golf courses, one of Santa Fe’s premier country clubhouses, and ample amenities. Created in 1992, the neighborhoods of Las Campanas also offer larger-than-normal plots of land and evoke a sense of luxury.

Las Campanas real estate ranges in size from 1/3 acre to 5 acres, depending on the estate, or individual neighborhood. Horses are allowed on some home sites. The community is gated and roving patrols keep an eye on the properties 24/7. Each enclave has its own covenants and design guidelines, with which to ensure the area’s rich Santa Fe character.

Each estate has a unique character, many of which are governed by its own covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) in addition to the master association governing documents.
