Historic Eastside

The Historic Eastside is one of Santa Fe’s oldest neighborhoods with homes influenced by Pueblo and Spanish architecture. Some of the real estate properties go back centuries due to the Acequia Madre – the ‘mother ditch’ that irrigated this area at one time. Homes are now mostly hidden behind high adobe walls, with tall trees and beautiful gardens. There are also compounds with groups of homes nestled in between gardens with privacy and a charming atmosphere. Close to downtown with its shops and restaurants this is an area that offers the intertwining of history, luxury and Santa Fe charm.
